Directors and Officers
J. Patrick Sheridan Jr. (MSC) President/Director
President, Chief Executive Officer and a director of the Corporation.
Mr. Sheridan has been employed in the mining industry on a full-time basis
since 1987, and holds a B.Sc. and M.Sc. from the London School of Economics
and Political Science, United Kingdom. Mr. Sheridan has not entered into
any non-competition or non-disclosure agreement with the Corporation.
Alan Ferry Geologist / CFA - Director
Alan Ferry has worked in the investment industry for over 23 years as
a mining analyst and a mining corporate finance specialist after working
as a geologist. He is a licensed investment advisor and holds a CFA
Alexander Po P. Geo - Director
Mr. Po is a Self Employed Mining and Exploration Geologist based Toronto,
Ontario. He has managed exploration projects in the Philippines, Canada,
United States, Mexico, Costa Rica, Nicaragua, Hispanola, Guyana, Brazil,
Mali, Guinea, Zimbabwe, Vietnam, Sabah , Czech and Slovakia. He holds
a Master of Engineering Degree (Mining Geology) from the Institute of
Mining Geology, Akita University, Akita City, Japan.
James Ashcroft Geologist / Mining Engineer - Diirector
Mr. Ashcroft e holds an M.I.M.M. designation as well as an A.P.E. designation
and has been involved in the Canadian mining industry for over 10 years.
Mr. Ashcroft served as President of the Ontario division of Inco Ltd.
from 1991 to 1997, and has since been engaged as a self-employed mining
consultant
Robert Cudney - Director
He has served since 1993 as President of Northfield Capital Corporation
and is currently a director of

Mr. Badida has been a self-employed chartered accountant since 1991 and
has been involved in the mining industry since 1986.
