President, Chief Executive Officer and a director of the Corporation. Mr. Sheridan has been employed in the mining industry on a full-time basis since 1987, and holds a B.Sc. and M.Sc. from the London School of Economics and Political Science, United Kingdom. Mr. Sheridan has not entered into any non-competition or non-disclosure agreement with the Corporation.

Alan Ferry Geologist / CFA - Director
Alan Ferry has worked in the investment industry for over 23 years as a mining analyst and a mining corporate finance specialist after working as a geologist. He is a licensed investment advisor and holds a CFA

Alexander Po P. Geo - Director
Mr. Po is a Self Employed Mining and Exploration Geologist based Toronto, Ontario. He has managed exploration projects in the Philippines, Canada, United States, Mexico, Costa Rica, Nicaragua, Hispanola, Guyana, Brazil, Mali, Guinea, Zimbabwe, Vietnam, Sabah , Czech and Slovakia. He holds a Master of Engineering Degree (Mining Geology) from the Institute of Mining Geology, Akita University, Akita City, Japan.

He has served since 1993 as President of Northfield Capital Corporation and is currently a director of

Robert A. Bondy - Director
Mr. Bondy LLB recently retired Blake, Cassels & Graydon LLP. where he spent over 30 years in the Securities Group and Corporate Law Group in the Toronto office. His practice involved acting for public and private companies, as well as investment dealers, with a particular focus on public and private offerings of securities, mergers and acquisitions, regulatory requirements, corporate reorganization and corporate governance.

Edward J. Badida (CA) - Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Badida has been a self-employed chartered accountant since 1991 and has been involved in the mining industry since 1986.
