Mr. Marion joined Guyana Goldfields as an independent director in December 2013 and was later appointed Non-Executive Chairman in August 2018. Mr. Marion has over 30 years of diversified management and senior technical experience with resource industry expertise in operations, mineral exploration, and mine development, along with a successful history of corporate development. Mr. Marion currently serves on the board of Superior Gold Inc. and was most recently Director and Chairman of Richmont Mines Inc.

Allen Palmiere, Interim CEO, Director

Mr. Palmiere joined as an independent Director in May 2019. Mr. Palmiere has more than 35 years of operational and financial experience in the mining industry. During his career, he has served as President and CEO of Adriana Resources Inc., CEO and Chair of HudBay Minerals Inc, and Executive Chair of South Africa's Barplats Investment Ltd.

WENDY KEI (B.Math, CPA/CA, ICD.D), Director

Ms. Kei is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA-CA) and also serves on the boards of Ontario Power Generation Inc. as Chair of the Board and Royal Nickel Corporation (RNC Minerals)(TSX:RNX). She is also a member of the Department of Audit Committee for Transport Canada. Ms. Kei previously served as Chief Financial Officer of Dominion Diamond Corporation (formerly Harry Winston Diamond Corporation and Aber Diamond Corporation). Ms. Kei is a member of the Chartered Professional Accountants of Ontario, holds an ICD.D designation from the Institute of Corporate Directors and holds a Bachelor of Mathematics from the University of Waterloo. Ms. Kei was selected as a Diversity 50 2016 Candidate by the Canadian Board Diversity Council.

Alan Pangbourne, Director

Mr. Pangbourne joined as an independent Director in May 2019. Mr. Pangbourne has more than 35 years of experience in the mining industry, including open pit and underground operations. Prior to his retirement last year, he was Chief Operating Officer of SSR Mining Inc. Before joining SSR Mining in 2013 he was Vice President Projects, South America, with Kinross Gold Corporation.

MARYSE ST-LAURENT (ICD.D), Director

Ms. Saint-Laurent joined Guyana Goldfields as an independent Director in March 2019 and is an accomplished legal executive, corporate director and senior advisor with over 20 years of experience as a transactional, corporate and securities lawyer in the energy and electricity sectors. She has led several public financing transactions and has a strong governance background. Ms. Saint-Laurent is a director of Vancouver-based Turquoise Hill Resources Ltd., majority-owner of an open pit copper and gold mine in Mongolia. Ms. Saint-Laurent also possesses over 10 years of experience in human resources management and compensation analysis. From 2013 until 2015, Ms. Saint-Laurent was Vice-President Legal and Corporate Secretary for TransAlta Renewables Inc. From 2005 until 2015, she was Corporate Secretary and later appointed Vice-President Legal and Corporate Secretary for TransAlta Corporation. From 2001 until 2005, Ms. Saint-Laurent served as Corporate Secretary for TC PipeLines, LP. From 1997 until 2005, she was Senior Legal Counsel at TransCanada Corporation. From 1981 until 1992, Ms. Saint-Laurent served in a variety of labor relations and human resources positions. Ms. Saint-Laurent also serves as a director of the Alberta Securities Commission, the Calgary Prostate Cancer Centre and Western Sky Land Trust. Ms. Saint-Laurent holds a Master of Laws degree from Osgoode Hall, York University, a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Alberta and a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Alberta.
