Vote your shares today

We urge you to cast your vote FOR the Zijin Transaction. If you are a registered shareholder, you must vote your proxy before July 23, 2020 at 10:30 a.m. (Toronto time) for it to count. If you are a non-registered shareholder (beneficial shareholder), your voting instruction form will contain an earlier cut-off time.

HOW TO VOTE

REGISTERED SHAREHOLDERS (You hold shares in your own name)

  1. VOTE ONLINE. Go to www.voteproxyonline.com, enter the 12-digit control number printed on the form of proxy, and follow the instructions on the screen.
  2. VOTE BY FAX. Enter voting instructions, sign and date the form of proxy and send your completed form of proxy to: TSX. Trust Company, Attention: Proxy Department, 1.416.595.9593.
  3. VOTE BY MAIL. Enter voting instructions, sign and date the form of proxy and return your completed form of proxy to: TSX Trust Company Attention: Proxy Department, 100 Adelaide Street West, Suite 301 Toronto, ON M5H 4H1.
    Shareholders sending their completed form of proxy via mail should take into account any mail delivery interruptions. Please see page x of the circular for details.
  4. VOTE AT THE VIRTUAL MEETING. Please see circular for details on how to attend and vote at the virtual meeting.

BENEFICIAL SHAREHOLDERS (You hold shares through a bank, broker, or other intermediary)

  1. VOTE ONLINE. Go to www.proxyvote.com, enter the 16-digit Control Number printed on the VIF and follow the instructions on screen.
  2. VOTE BY PHONE. Canadian beneficial shareholders, call 1.800.474.7493 (English) or 1.800.474.7501 (French). For United States beneficial shareholders, call 1.800.454.8683. You will need to enter your 16- digit Control Number. Follow the interactive voice recording instructions to submit your vote.
  3. VOTE BY MAIL. Enter your voting instructions, sign and date the VIF, and return the completed VIF.
  4. VOTE AT THE VIRTUAL MEETING. Please see circular for details on how to attend and vote at the virtual meeting.
